Ralph teaches drama at Union County High School with sage advice and a vision of success for his students. Here is a bit of his story:
“I first realized I wanted to be a teacher while taking a course in children’s theatre in college. I most love working with students; engaging them and watching them meet the challenges. Seeing the growth in my students and watching them when THEY realize they have learned something is the most satisfying part of my day.
The hardest part of teaching is dealing with being stretched in many directions at times. To anyone interested in becoming a teacher– submit to the joy of working with young people, yet recognize the responsibility that comes with the job.”
